Specializing in balayage and lived in color! -NEW CLIENTS- When booking a new appointment please text me so we can consult your hair before the service! -LATE POLICY- **Grace Period- A 15-minute grace period is allowed. **Notification- Please call/text my number if you anticipate being late. **Rescheduling- If you arrive after the grace period, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled. This policy helps manage time effectively while accommodating clients who encounter unexpected delays. -Cancellation Policy- I understand that things can come up. I value your time, and I hope you value mine. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, will be charged 50% of the service value on your next service. Cancellations less than 2 hours notice will be. charged 100% of the service value. Note: All No-Show appointments will be charged 100% of the service value to book another appointment.
